Our family, 2 adult children, son-in-law, 8 month old granddaughter and golden doodle spent Xmas week in the house. It was wonderful, probably the nicest rental house that we have ever stayed at. The house was perfect. It is relatively new, a great layout, and very well furnished. The coffee room with expresso maker, the e-bikes, and well-stocked kitchen were a pleasant surprise. Sitting in the hot tub on the rooftop deck overlooking the city was amazing. All of the bedrooms are spacious and well appointed; everybody was super happy with the set-up. Not being familiar with San Diego, I expected the house to be closer to the beach (about 1 mile away) but as the house was so amazing, noone in our group was even interested in going to the beach, much less even leave the house.Paul is an amazing host. Communication was prompt and easy. When I asked about baby stuff, he had a porta-crib, high chair and stroller set up for us. As this was Xmas, he set-up a tree for us. An inquiry about restaurants resulted in a detailed list of recommendations including great places within walking distance. As the house was not occupied the day we arrived, he offered us early check-in at 11. If we have a chance to stay here again, we will. Everything was perfect.

The house is beautiful and comfortable. We hosted family for a belated Christmas and the space made for easy entertaining. Paul was super attentive to our needs as we were traveling with an infant. He set up two cribs and a high chair for us so we truly had everything we needed. We hope to visit again.

This property is as listed, beautiful and great location. It is well equiped with everything from complementary hot drinks, bath supply, and kitchen supplies. The electric bike is a plus. Theyve got it all to make our stay hassle free. Communication with the host is superb, able to accommodate early check in and late checkout. Would definitely stay again.

The pictures are so accurate and the home is even more perfect in person. Coastal finishes invite you in upon entering with ample natural light! Tons of house items, we felt like we were just at home. The yard space is just what we loved to hangout and enjoy the great weather We will definitely be back and then again and again ha
