Well placed between the edge of the historic centre and the modern town. Very close to some excellent restaurants. Free parking provided in a manned parking lot behind the building - very useful in this busy part of the city. I
is in an old apartment building, with the rooms overlooking an enclosed courtyard - so they are very quiet, despite being in a busy part of the town. Very good breakfast options, supplies in your room supplemented with cakes, fruit, yoghurt etc in the communal kitchen. But best of all is the croissant and coffee provided in a nearby cafe/ pasticheria - don't miss it.
The size of the room. Our double (104) was small, OK for a couple of nights but miles away from being a suite. A real misnomer to call it Boutique SUITES.

It was in a good location. Comfortable bed.
There are a lot of stairs!! Which is a struggle when you have large suitcases. I didn’t realize that when I booked. The wifi in our room would not connect at all. Room 104.

The facilities were amazing. Luca was so helpful, we had an issue with our car and he helped us with the luggage for several blocks and organised an emergency taxi for us. Nothing was too hard. Thanks Luca

The rooms are in the second floor and there is no elevator. The host was not there when we got to the apartments. Thanks God the cleaning lady helped us out. The highlight is that they offered us several options for breakfast and it was quite good.
Location and how to access the apartment were not clear. Also, the fact of not having an elevator nor light in the stairway neither a person to physically welcome us. When we took our bath, the water ran to the room.
