Perfect cleanliness, close to the sea and bazaar. Very nice service, a hotel worth four stars. Recommend!

Fantastic host, the property is well-kept, and you'll have to leave your shoes when going inside - though it is spotless inside the hotel. The beds are comfy, you will be provided with like 8 bottles of water for 2 persons. The location is excellent - a Buddhist temple nearby and a beach in the other direction is 5 minutes close.

Good location next the to airport for those getting in late or with early flights. Very clean and nice rooms. The woman at the reception don’t speak much English but they are lovely.

Room was big. SevenEleven close by. Airplanes are not heard. Nai Yang Beach and water are quite nice. They have the option of late checkout for 100BHT/hour.

Forcing people to take shoes off even if they have private room is a at least strange. This is also a hostel and should be mentioned in the name, and maybe also some google maps reference to find it easily. Towels are rugged, have holes. AC is extremely dirty and at 16C barely inputs air at ~22C. Road to beach/restaurants is pretty long and has no tough sidewalk. Should be quiet due to empty land behind property, but extremely noisy birds sing all night.

Location is great just a short walk to a wonderful beach, bars and restaurant s. The staff were extremely friendly and helpful will be staying here again
