Spacious 3 bedroom family home located in walking distance to the Bayeux old town and only a few minutes from a very good Leclerc supermarket. Well equipped kitchen.

Generally a bit scruffy, loose taps in bathroom and kitchen, marks on walls, 2 old towels, various empty handsoap bottles, moisture damaged bathroom cabinets, tatty garden furniture.

Alles was top

good location and spacious accommodation. Location to areas of interest was excellent

Cleanliness was ok but not fabulous. Comfortable roomy accommodation. BBQ was not up to standard. After dropping a beer bottle shortly after arrival, we cleaned up the spillage and glass. On leaving we swept again. We made sure the property was left clean and tidy and stripped the beds and folded bed linen. I was surprised to get a message from the owner asking about broken glass and saying the cleaner had cut her finger. I replied with the answer that a bottle was broken that belonged to us and we cleaned up. I the received another message saying that we obviously didn’t as she cut herself. The property is all tiled and glass can sometimes go where isn’t visible, however we certainly got that we could see. The messages from the owner were it needed and affected how we felt about an otherwise good stay - what a shame
