Mathieu's beautiful flat is a pleasure to stay in. Very well equipped kitchen, comfortable bed, and a lovely private garden. Mathieu was punctual, attentive, and charming. The flat was perfectly clean, very well connected for the metro, shops and restaurants, and very walkable to Neukölln, Kreuzberg, etc. (If you are wondering, I am a single woman and felt perfectly safe being out and about at all hours). I also loved having Mathieu's cat around, but would like to give a special mention to Mathieu's speakers and their exceptional sound quality. Radio has never sounded better to me :)

For me, there is nothing I didn't like.

Loved the location, very close to U-bahn, in a lovely neighborhood with easy access to parks. The apartment felt very much like home, and loved the design and ambiance. Just know that this will feel more like a homestay than a hotel stay. It felt very much like home. There is a cat that lives on site and you will need to feed it, but I enjoy animals, so it was a wonderful benefit for me. Just know that the cat will meow at you to feed it in the morning, which may wake you up if you are not an early riser.

The washing machine was not working, and it seemed like it rarely works based on what the host told me, but it was still advertised as a benefit of the stay. If you are staying here and need a washing machine (like I did), please be sure to clarify with the host if it is working. Luckily, there was a very easy laundromat a block away.
