My husband and I stayed here with our two small kids during a holiday weekend and the spot is SO cute! Very well maintained- so clean! We’re native to San Diego and recently moved a few hours north to raise our babies and so we’re very familiar with the area. The location itself is definitely in OB and therefore it’s extremely walkable. Because the rental is on the edge of OB finding a spot to park was not so much of a challenge. Google Maps says it’s about a 20 minute walk to the main beach area but I really don’t think it ever took us that long- felt more like 10-15 min. That would be my only knock off on a star and I don’t think it’s of the fault of the owner but more of VRBO itself, when you’re looking at properties it makes this one seem it’s closer to the main hub and ocean. But even with two small kids and piling our stroller up we were able to make the walk to the beach without issues. Great AC. Comfortable bed. Good shower. So clean. What more do you need? Would definitely book again.

The property had everything you needed while on vacation and bunch of good coffee places and restaurants nearby. Great experience!

Loved the decor as soon as we arrived. Coffee bar well supplied-especially the former. Ice maker worked well. Christmas touches appreciated. Excellent advise and instructions for protecting upholstery with sheets. All in all wonderful holiday especially with our daughter living right down Greene.

This condo is one in a building with several other units, with easy external access. This unit is upstairs on the end and is bright and clean, with all the basics. It was hot when we went, so we were grateful for the A/C, and for how walkable it is to restaurants and shops. Street parking was fairly ample, and the street noise was minimal. There was a bit of noise from neighboring units, but not bad. Overall, it was perfect for 2 people to spend the weekend here.
