The property was as advertised in the photos. Loved the space. The kitchenette was nicely stocked with dishes and a nice little coffee/tea station. . The amenities were thoughtful and helpful. The property is well maintained. My only warning would be: watch the stairs! There are a lot of them and the outdoor stairs can get slippery.

The unit was great, with bright natural lighting and a clear room .
The room and bathroom were well maintained. The airconditioning was on and the room temperature was relaxing for a hot day outside.

This is a fantastic location near U Penn. There is a ton nearby that’s walkable and mass transit options galore. The units are very well appointed. Definitely check in before you get there with the app. It simplifies things greatly.
