Radisson Hotel Vrindavan

Good & ckean

Staff in undertrained Travel desk was not responsive. The person picked up my call and said he was in a meeting and would call later. He did not revert. Bad for hotel reputation. The other contact person, Ashu Sharma provided guide to me for fee if Rs 5000. The guide was average - cutting corners & in a hurry. Before talking to them, I did check with front desk and the chap confirmed that both r okay! Further I paid extra for breakfast while booking but on reaching hotel I was told that booking is without breakfast. I paid Rs 2000 for breakfast

All excellent

Location & lobby

We have stayed in this property almost 3 or 4 times but this time we were unhappy as rooms were smelly & bed sheet had stains & pillow with yellow stains & bath towels with yellow stains
