We had a great time! Just so others know, an oversized SUV might not fit in the parking area. We had rented a Chevy Traverse and I’m glad we did because our Sequoia would have been a tight squeeze. You might be able to fit 2 cars in tandem. I’m glad we rented because the hills we had to climb back and forth were very steep. The bears came by most every morning so keep the door locked. We banged pans together to run one off to leave. Do not leave food or coolers outside. There were lots of stairs so I would not recommend for families with elderly members or very young children. Our family of 5 ages 15-57 did just fine. Very scenic views. Close to Gatlinburg. Very peaceful. Not interrupted by neighbors. Clean and comfy. Great WIFI! Boys played VR and XBOX. Large TV in every room. Living room and kitchen adequate but we did not cook. I didn’t realize there was a pool at a different location (daughter booked this for us). Would try that out if you can. We chose not to use the hot tub or grill but played pool several times. Washer and dryer worked great! Keurig for single or pot and great! Great communication with the rental. Would definitely stay again!

It was well worth what we paid for. Unfortunately the bears kept us inside and out of the hot tub most of the week :( Beutiful views

Amazing property with great amenities. Had a couple fir minor electrical issues that the host was very diligent abbout working to fix. The hot tub was out sevice this month but we made due.

Loved the location and the bear visits. Great beds and complete kitchen. First impression is it's neglected. Growth down the stairs and around the deck was so thick it blocked the view and made the steps a trial. Needs carpet cleaning and detail cleaning. It worked well for the most part, but we felt it wasn't what we expected.
