Excellent location near the city, supermarket and cafes. Walkable to Hagley park and many fun activities. Great size and good number of bathrooms. Sufficient towels and toiletries for the number of guests it can accommodate.
General cleanliness was ok however a deeper clean is necessary. There was trash in the garden areas and mould in bathrooms. While listed as a facility, no BBQ was available. Check in is not available until 4pm, if you want to access the property earlier they ask for an additional fee to be paid. They require photo ID and operate a camera on site (likely to record the number of guests and charge for additional visitors) however this feels invasive. On Friday and Saturday nights there is loud music from a nearby bar until 2am. Many of the fittings / handles / shower heads were worn out from the constant turnover of guests and need to be replaced.

2nd stay at the property as we flew in and out of Christchurch from/to Australia. Cannot rate this property highly enough. Great location, great amenities both inside the property and outside(cafes, restaurants, supermarkets at you door), easy access to the property, and the 4 bathrooms was great with the extended family. Wouldn't stay anywhere else when visiting Christchurch.

The location of the property was fantastic. Easy walk to anywhere in the city. The stadium is 300m down the road, Little High Eatery(highly recommend) is across the road, there are coffee shops, bars, restaurants and supermarkets all within easy walking distance, even some almost next door. We were worried about the noise being inner city, but it was not an issue at all. The 4 bathrooms were fantastic as no one encroached on anyone else. Parking may be an issue if you are not using your car during the day, but weekends and between 5pm and 9am its free to park on the street and we had no issues getting a park for our large people mover.

It fitted 6 ladies.
The club 4-5 houses down played very loud music until 2:30am Friday and Saturday night. Couldn’t sleep until after 2:30. No toilet down stairs.
