Nice and comfortable stay. Big room. meet expectations

Great location with access to everything you need. Clean room and everything working as expected. The staffs and reception are very helpful and cooperative. They accept request to clean room on demand. Really like the stay here. This is my second time and preffered stay.

We got what we paid for... The rooms were very big, very comfortable bed more than anything, the service of the staff was excellent.

If you want me to specifically point out, the Reach Inn board is a bit difficult to find..

Location was reasonably fine but to find restaurant to walk minimum 300 mtrs. Getting a taxi or metro is reasonably accessible the corridor waa extremely clean Room also was neatly clean except bad odour

Telephone was not working to reach the reception. When you enter your room it waa suffocating and the bad smell goes after 10 minutes of fan operation. Bathroom light gone in the first night of stay and it was very hard to manage while family was staying along. Surprisingly, the telephone is not working to reach the reception and complain the issue. Additional bed not provided also asking extra payment for the bed and for a short late check out. For 3 guests they provided 2 towel and one soap! The folowing day after many arguments, the y supplied 2 soap and 1 towel. For a family of 3 2 hangers are not enough to hang clothes especially when ladies are staying.
