Great hotel with very attentive staff. Matthew our concierge was very helpful with our flight delay issue. He actively contacted the airport and was genuinely concerned and helpful. The hotel is just a bit outside of the main area which is really nice as it has a beautiful view of the lake.

Very pleasant place, albeit a little far from downtown if you don’t have a car. However, taxis are less than 4 USD.
The knobs have horrible keyholes hard to operate. They seem designed in the XIX century
