A very clean, comfortable, well stocked house in a fantastic location. We loved the large living space with comfy couches, excellent heating for the cold weather, lots of books, DVDs and games, and excellent kitchen supplies. The inclusion of linen in the price was a huge factor in us choosing this property. We loved it and look forward to staying again.

A very neat place in a good position to walk to town and the beach. We stayed in winter and the place stayed warm which lots of the older placed on PI don't. Communication with host was excellent also. Only thing is a lack of basic pantry items like sauce which made the shop expensive...would stay here again and just pack more food items.

The property itself was fine, but our stay was let down by several avoidable issues.On arrival, key basics were missing or very low (no body wash, limited hand soap, no coffee pods or standard tea). When raised, the response was that these “should have been there,” and supplies were only provided after follow-up rather than proactively. There was also no acknowledgement or apology for the inconvenience.More concerning was the heating. The gas heater stopped working and appeared to have run out, which made the house quite uncomfortable with young kids. Communication was responsive, but again focused more on what should have been the case rather than taking ownership or resolving things promptly.Overall, it felt like a lack of preparation and accountability. With better attention to essentials and a more proactive approach to guest issues, this could be a much better experience.
