Not having to collect the keys from a different location, The location of the property
The shared bathroom being in one of the bedrooms. This meant our friends had to enter our bedroom while sleeping to use the toilet. Basement flat, we wee not informed of this at time of booking. Tiny shower.

"Great location, comfy apartment and very clean. I don't understand all the other reviews, if you have travelled in England this is one of the cleanest places!"
