It was modern and clean and perfect location for our stay.
It was advertised as having three beds and there were only two! We booked on the basis there was a sofa bed as well. There were also no instructions about the amenities being in another building.

The property was clean, well set out and had everything we needed for our family trip. It is located close to Woden Westfield and a couple of restaurants. The facilities (pool, gym etc) are located in a second building within the complex.
We experienced two emergency evacuations during our one week stay. One at 1140pm on Tuesday night and another on Saturday morning at 8:30am.
We left a day early as this scared our children, they no longer felt safe and refused to go back to the apartment - the host refused to entertain a refund request. The residents of the building said this was a common occurrence and happened at least twice a week every week.
Keep your warm clothes handy for evacuations in the cold wet Canberra winter!
