The location is excellent, great transit options, easy to reach major landmarks, many options to eat or to have a coffee around. The apartment is quite spacious, perfect for 2 couples. Host was easy to communicate with and had a prepared list of indications that were easy to follow, so every question we might have possibly had was addressed from the start.

The apartment traps a lot of heat during the day, so when we were returning in the evening, the temperature inside was unbearable. Opening windows barely does anything, as they don't open all the way. There is a portable AC unit in the living room but it is very weak and has absolutely no effect over the temperature in the bedrooms. Both bedrooms had an electrical fan which we had to keep on all night at max speed directly on us to be able to sleep. Ironically, there isn't much hot water. The boiler either has a problem or is very weak, as generally you're not going to be able to have a 5min shower with warm water start-to-finish, especially if anyone else already had a shower before you. Last, but not least, in the evening there's a very strong fried chicken smell from downstairs. I normally don't have an issue with food smell, but when you can't escape it for hours it starts to become quite stressful.

The location is fantastic, and the place is clean and comfortable. Although the initial check-in instructions were a bit confusing, the staff were incredibly quick to reply and clarify things. I would definitely stay here again and recommend it to all my friends.

While the stay had its positives, a few adjustments could significantly enhance the guest experience. We noted some practical omissions in the kitchen, such as the absence of essential knives, and the provided glasses were rather small for their intended purpose. The living area's daybed proved to be both uncomfortable and impractical, and unfortunately, there was a cigarette burn observed on the sofa arm. Improvements in amenities would also be beneficial; specifically, the lack of televisions in the bedrooms was noticeable. A practical consideration involves the placement of mirrors—there was no mirror near a plug socket, making hair styling quite challenging. Furthermore, a maintenance check is recommended for the bathroom, as the shower hose is starting to come away from the head and requires replacing. Addressing these details would greatly improve the overall comfort and quality of the accommodation.

- The shower is inconsistent in temperature and mostly cold (also small to stand under) - The door of the bedroom cannot be closed because the bed it is blocked by the bed - Multiple details like a broken window handle, small shower stand, loose toiletroll holder, small burn mark in sofa, crude sealing compound lines everywhere, etc. Not a dealbreaker but with a little bit of attention it can be fixed
