I stayed at this place for 21 days during a business assignment, and I couldn’t have asked for a better location—everything I needed was within walking distance. Luka is an exceptional host: always reachable, incredibly helpful, and genuinely committed to making the stay comfortable. His hospitality easily goes beyond five stars. The building may be older, but the apartment itself is beautifully renovated and feels like a full-fledged home. It’s equipped with a spacious kitchen, washing machine, dishwasher, OTG, and a full-size refrigerator—perfect for a long stay or even a family setup. I truly enjoyed my time here and would highly recommend this property to anyone visiting Zagreb.

The building has an older charm, and its condition reflects that naturally

Location, cleanliness, availability of host Luca, apartment size perfect for this couple. Lived the obvious history of this building. Must have been elegant at one time.

Hallway approaching apartment.

Great apartment – clean, comfy, and in a perfect location! Luka is an amazing host, always ready to help. Totally recommend!
