Another huge plus is the private parking, an extremely important convenience that adds a lot of value, mainly for the peace of mind and convenience it provides. Although the building has many apartments, I was particularly pleased with the fact that it was extremely quiet. Throughout my stay I never had any problems with noise or any disturbance from other apartments. I was able to rest and enjoy the space in complete tranquility, which contributed greatly to the quality of the experience. The apartment was also impeccably clean, organized, and very well-equipped. La piscina que reformada estaba muy bonita.Siempre casi vacia muy tranquilo y no niños molestando El apartamento era cómodo la cama buena y comoda el sofá salón cocina todo bien .La ducha tenía ventilación esterior con chorro de lluvia .El aparcamiento en superficie siempre encontramos hueco libre.Cerca de restaurantes supermercado Muy bonito decorado .La relación de Juana genial. Agua y cerveza también hielo para empezar nuestras vacaciones Muy bien ubicado para la salida a autovía para desplazarnos por la Isla .Los sábados y domingo enfrente hay un restaurante con música en vivo muy animado .Para la playa solo andar 30 minutos precio calidad Muy bien el aire acondicionado Y había dos sombrillas y dos tohallas de playa de cortesía y nosotros dejamos una sombrilla mas que compramos

El propietario no tiene culpa que las zonas comunes estén en reforma.Pronto espero volver y que estén todos los ascensores funcionando y hayan arreglado las escaleras pintado y puesto bonito como ya hicieron con la piscina buscaría una solución te tengo que mejorar algo para el desagüe del aire acondicionado La piscina cierran a las18 y no me daba tiempo de disfrutarla cuando llegaba de la playa
