The Location is close to the next Tram so good suited for exploring the city. The Parking spaces are perfect because its difficult to find parking, but need to be requested beforehand.
The rooms are modern and newly built. The owner puts in effort to make it welcoming. There is a community Fridge in the Hallway. The room Comes with a small kitchen, microwave, pots and a small sinmgle stove. and Plates, Forks knives etc.
Its very clean and washing is available.
It is located in the Basement so the ventilation isn't so good, we kept the bathroom fan on to improve that.
I would advise the owner to keep the bathroom fan on at all times to prevent mold and high humidity.
The Bed is in vietnamese Style extremely hard not everyone likes that so be aware of it when you visit.

Good location, easy to reach the center by public transport. Free parking (if enough spaces). Washing machine and dryer (can only be used 8am to 8pm). Good.communication with the owner.
The apartment is in the basement, meaning only a very small window and the ventilation in the bathroom was not really good.

Bardzo dobra lokalizacja. Blisko do przystanku tramwajowego. Czysto.
2 szklanki do zimnych napojów.

"The staff was great, the location although a little far from the city center was just some meters away from a tram station."
