Location was great, Within easy walking distance of shops and main tourist attractions, close to tram stops, Bright, clean apartment

The heating controls appeared to do nothing. Indicated a constant 20-21,5 degrees irrespective of settings. t one stage had to reset it to get the controller to respond at all. (in fairness Huswell did respond quickly to tell me to turn off the apartment power for 30sec or more but lost interest was only a 'service' recommended. Could not cool down apartment at night. The noise opening windows at night not an option due to noise of delivery trucks loading/unloading directly under apartment using crashing trollies over the cobble stones. 2am to 5am seemed to be the quiet time. All the info they provided online was generic and most not relevent
