Great location and a clean place
Doors slammed in the hallway Friday & Saturday evening. But that’s a building issue not an apartment.

I loved everything but I do prefer the 302 unit over the 413 unit both very lovely properties thou

I enjoyed the large windows in the front that let in a lot of natural light, the beds were very comfortable, and the apartment was very clean. It is located between the capitol building and the soldiers and sailors monument (where they do a light show at night). Both were located within a block or so from the apartment. The skywalk was quite convenient to get from one place to the next, without worrying about traffic. Also, I felt like I wasn't just on my own with any questions. Anh was very friendly and answered all of my questions promptly!
I would definitely recommend this place to my friends and family!
The floors were a little squeaky in the big bedroom when walking across it, but nothing too bothersome.

"Toll ausgestatte Wohnung, mit vielen Spielen und gut ausgestatteter Küche. Wir haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt. Der schriftliche Kontakt mit dem Vermieter lief reibungslos und er antwortete sehr schnell...."
