The property owner was super helpful whenever we needed kitchen roll top ups or cleaning spray, always providing it for us and also super communicative.
Kitchen had all you needed, freezer with an ice maker which was a plus especially in the AZ heat. Bathroom was good and standard, very clean.
The bedroom was super comfortable.
Laundry machine and dryer which worked perfectly
The balcony was also lovely especially in the evenings the views were amazing.
Gym and pool facilities were also lovely.
I will say there isn’t really shelving for clothes in the closet area but we just used our suitcases and the hangers provided for any clothing that needed to stay out of suitcase - this wasn’t bad though, just a minor inconvenience.
The sofa was a little uncomfortable.
AC wasn’t working properly for the last couple of days but we cooled down the apartment by opening to door to the corridor.

The location was great, and the communication with issues was quick and effective. The sunset view was incredible. The bed was comfortable, but the pillows were thin. The washer and dryer were supplied with detergent and dryer sheets which came in clutch.
The smell in the hallway was frankly disgusting, but this is out of the renter’s control. Also, the fob did not work with external fobs except for the lobby entrance. The coach was not sleep-able for an adult or teenager. Maybe a child would sleep fine. Finally, a couple things within the apartment need fixed such as the the curtain string and the toilet seat.

Great location and decent property. Maintenance was prompt.
Refrigerator was noisy and the blinds kept sticking.

Fabulous little apartment! Very clean and well laid out. Parking was a bit of a walk from the apartment I had, but nothing unmanageable. In the heart of downtown, so it's noisy as heck, but also very cool. I'd definitely come back.
