Hotel Real de Castilla Nuovo

My stay was great, the staff go above and beyond. They were amazing the entire stay. The hotel was clean and the room was bigger than what I expected.

Room was clean, but no elevator. I'm getting too old for this.

We traveled with our family and we had 8 people which we got to rooms. This was conveniently located at the center downtown area of Guadalajara. Very easy to walk around and sightsee. The hotel was clean, had excellent water pressure, air conditioning, and the staff was very friendly. Parking was included with valet. Beds were comfortable. My only complaints were the busy noisy traffic at night. It was tough to sleep with the sirens for ambulances and police. As well as the zooming of cars throughout the night. Lastly, the hotel towels were extremely worn and dingy. Overall we all had a great time staying in this historic hotel.

Room was not as I expected. That was a leak in the bathroom, also had a bad smell. The closet in the room isn't a closet. Shower drainage too slow. The entrance of the hotel is not accessible to handicap. Personnel are polite and professional.
