Amazing Experience!! Absolutely great. Has small issue with hot water but it wasn't any fault of property management co. They did everything they could to address issue but it was the coldest it had been in SC in over a decade. They went above and beyond to assist and were responsive and followed through. The home was perfect zero complaints all positive experiences. We didn't get to enjoy beach as it was to cold but would recommend this home for large groups and the best host experience we have had on VRBO. Thanks to the whole team at Exclusive Properties. Experience could now have been any better!!!!

Terrific house, great location and in impeccable condition

What an amazing vacation and an amazing home! I shame home but actually a very luxurious, comfortable and wonderful location to "vacate"! Our visit was in April of this year...the weather was beautiful as were the accommodations. We really didn't even need to leave Coastal Dreams. We had a lovely saltwater swimming pool with sitting areas and putting green, each access to the beach (with wagons and chairs provided), screened in porches, well equipped chef-kitchen, washers and dryers and I have to say, the beds provided the best sleep I have had in a while. I could list all amenities, but it would take my whole review. The location of Coastal Dreams is like going back in time when we sat back and embraced life. There is easy access to many delicious restaurants and an easy drive to Charleston to experience much of our Country's history. I wish we had discovered this paradise earlier in our lives. I believe anyone could find something to do in the Isle of Palms Charleston and surrounding areas and Coastal Dreams would be an awesome "homebase".
