Home2 Suites By Hilton Winter Haven

Extremely close to Legoland, and right next to Publix! Super kid friendly. There’s even a washer/dryer option in the gym area.

Comfortable hotel with location of Legoland.

To leave, we wanted to stay but we booked one night.

Love our stay - the staff was accommodating, friendly and professional.

The room was a very good size and you can tell the place is brand new. The amenities, such as the gym (which we did not use) looks like they even have a peloton. It's located right across the street from Legoland and there are plenty of gas stations and stores nearby for quick grabs you might need.

The main purpose of our stay was to have a place to sleep and shower before heading to the parks the next day. Unfortunately, we weren’t able to shower after a long day at Disney because the shower drain in our room was completely clogged, and the tub filled up too quickly to use. I brought this up to the staff, and while they said they would send someone, nothing was actually done during our stay, and we left without being able to shower. Additionally, the parking situation was very frustrating. The lot was small, and when we arrived late, several pickup trucks with trailers were parked sideways taking up multiple spaces, instead of using the back area. Overall, not being able to shower and the lack of any real resolution from staff made the stay fall short of even our very basic expectations.
