Die Unterkunft ist sauber und ordentlich, aber sehr einfach.

Booked the big room with the Jacuzzi, which came with two showers! Fera is close to the Fortress and the pedestrian zone.
The reception is staffed daily from 8am to noon only, but there are clear instructions on how to get into your room, when you are going to arrive later.

The staff was super helpful. No elevator, but the kind lady at reception helped me carry my bags up 3 flights of stairs. The location could not be more perfect - quiet, safe, close to the main drag, and lots of cute cafes nearby. Air conditioner worked great. Beautiful property, beautiful view from the top rooms. The jacuzzi in the room was so relaxing.
No elevator. The jacuzzi room on the top floor has big windows, which they've covered with some kind of screen, but light from the hallway still came in through the edges. There's no soundproofing so if anybody in the building is chatting in the stairwell or lobby, you'll hear them. I use sleep earbuds with white noise and a sleep mask to block out light, but for someone without those things it might not be a great experience.

Location
It is completely hidden and even I called the reception to ask directions but they were not helpful.
