Loved that this location is close to the main strip in Pigeon Forge but yet in a quiet location. They have trolley stops often The staff that I interacted with was very helpful. We stayed in unit #12 and it was great for 2 people. Bedroom is a little small but that’s okay everything else was Good. Clean no issues.

It was just perfect for only the two of us and close to all the action but still quiet
We are both tall and shower was a little short but it wasn’t horrible

The location was great.

Much smaller than a hotel room, plus if you have a problem someone is on site to handle the problem at the hotel.
We arrived before5 PM and the office was already closed.
No bar soap for the bathroom sink. Also, the house was full of ants.
