Catania Holiday Home

Overall, I had a very good stay and still gave the property 10/10 because there were many things I really appreciated. The location is excellent and very convenient for getting around and visiting different parts of the city. The breakfast was good, and the whole stay was comfortable and easy. What I appreciated the most was the great communication with the host. The host was always responsive, helpful and did their best to accommodate my requests whenever possible. This made a big difference and made me feel well looked after during my stay. One of the cleaners was kind ( even none of them can understand english) but another is rude

One of the cleaners was lovely and very kind, but the behaviour of another staff member on the morning of check-out was unacceptable. Check-out was at 10:00 a.m., yet from around 9:13 a.m. they repeatedly knocked and tried to open my door. I was in the shower, and they attempted to enter three times, despite the fact that the door was closed and I had not yet reached the official check-out time. This made me feel rushed and very uncomfortable. I ended up leaving at around 9:52 a.m. with wet hair simply because I felt pressured to get out of the room. If check-out is at 10:00 a.m., guests should be allowed to stay in their room until 10:00 a.m. without being repeatedly disturbed or having someone trying to enter before that time. I really hope the owner speaks to the staff about this, because it left a very negative impression at the end of my stay

Posizione ottima, centralissimo e vicino a metropolitana.
