Royale Sainte Hélène Boutique Hotel

Lovely place and the staff was very very nice/good/kind/professional/helpful and Hadil and Nirvik in the reception helped us with everything and made us feel special. In the restaurant Uvi and the rest of the staff was also excellent so the whole hotel just has the aura of kindness. Birkirkara is close to everything so we took bolt/uber everywhere. The executive lounge was a good spot and easy to get water drinks etcetcetera.The pool area was small but when we were there we got a spot all the time.We had 2 rooms and one of them was the penthhouse and it was great with the big terrace. 10/10 for this hotel.Thanks Tommy with family

It’s a lovely Hotel, in a good spot and nice building. The staff are really excellent both Diwash and Hadil couldn’t be more helpful and polite. Everything about the Hotel was good and it was well priced.

Location was great, well maintained and half the staff were great

I upgraded to the penthouse… it was tiny. The balcony was larger than the room My room was located near the executive lounge and on the morning I checked out I could hear a member of staff screaming and shouting in the lounge and went to check on her welfare. She was on a telephone call and despite seeing me continued to shout. I told the front desk upon checkout and he was dismissive and just said maybe it’s boyfriend issues
