This was a great place for a us to spend our annual girls trip…plenty of space for 10-12 women! We would definitely come back. Amanda was very responsive & helpful! One thing to note is that the living, kitchen & dining are all on the second floor so if you can’t handle stairs this is not the place for you! Bring pool towels & extra blankets with you.

The property was ok. Given the heavy rains we were unable float the river as planned. So we resorted to stay at the house. The house needs more entertainment, round fire pit wasn’t accessible for s’mores or sit around like we planned, more physical games would have been fun like pickle ball, ring toss, large 4 connects, jengas, etc. The patios are nice but would benefit from having nice patio furniture to enjoy the views comfortably. There was one comfy ottoman but was peeling and sticking to skin and uncomfortable due to the materialComing off and making a mess. Since we had to stay mainly indoors all these things did not make it comfortable. The pool was primarily our source of entertainment. Communication was great. Property was beautiful. Cookware can use an upgrade. Bring plenty of towels!

The house was beautiful and plenty of room for all the family and the kids where in the pool 24/7. We had a great time!

Communication was great! Any questions I had were answered same day. We were able to check in early which was a huge help so that we didn't have to find things to do till check in. The home has everything you need for cooking. 1st trash bags, toilet paper, a few towels in each bathroom. All bed sheets and light blankets on each bed.. So happy we chose this house. Will be returning next April again.
