This place was exceptional. Whole condo to yourself. Gated parking. The beach is directly on the property with shade trees to sit under if you don't want direct sun while enjoying the beach. The water was clear and clean. Beach Chairs are provided free by the property management. Norma, one of the staff members, was a delight to talk with and has a great outlook on life.

Location was good. Close to lots of stuff and off main road. Room was clean lacked a few things we like but for the location and price no complaints. Community was older but kept nice and was quiet. Resort was connected to another resort that had restaurants and bar. Beach was good, looked out to St. Johnn. Property was next to ferries to St. John. Other excursion pickups were also nearby. Had laundry, no stove but we survived. Was a decent stay.

The text from host was extremely detailed. Made check in easy!! D22 is the unit we stayed in. The back window was held together with duct tape. The condo was nicely cooled before our arrival. Wonderful beach and nice the property next door had counter food service.

Bathrooms were dirty on bathroom you could even use the shower door knob off the other bathroom very run down in the inside
