Property is in an absolutely fabulous location. So close to everything. Luca tried to make amends for the many problems we had which was nice. Private terrace is great.
The property needs to be taken out of use and have some issues repaired. It appears at sometime the place flooded and the floors are warped. Once it’s fixed I feel like it would be a great place. The beds are pretty uncomfortable. I’m leaving out the worst things with photos because the host did his best to try to fix what he found on the spot.

The breakfast at the adjoining hotel was definitely one of the highlights. The location was also perfect – very central, yet quiet. We were able to leave our car parked for the entire stay and explore everything from there.
But what truly made our stay special was Luca. From the very beginning, he took care of us with a level of attention and hospitality that you don’t even find in some five-star hotels. He was incredibly helpful and made us feel genuinely welcome.
Thank you so much, Luca!

Ottima posizione dell'appartamento situato in centro e a due passi dal mare. Comodo e funzionale con una bellissima vista sulla città. Ottima colazione in hotel molto vicino all'appartamento. Personale molto gentile e disponibile.
