Nada

It’s located in the heart of the city. Very near to food joints like Pizza Hut and other restaurants. Also had spar super market where we could grab some ready made food and also get some groceries. The property is well maintained and the access was no touch which was very convenient.

One improvement I would suggest is if there is a way to communicate to the security from the apartment, it would be of great help.

we had a fanastic stay, the apartment was in excellant condition, clean, well maintained and thoughfully furnished. everything looked brand new and worked perfectly. the apartment was cozy and comfortable, making it a home away from home. kitchen had everything we needed. the bedrooms was quite and comfortable- relaxing perfect for unwinding after touring of Sri Lanka for 2 weeks. check in process was fast and smooth, Shirini was very helpful, shared a lot of information about the apartment, location, and any other question that we asked. the building had good facilities like swimming pool, gym .... we enjoyed using it. overall a comfortable and hassel free experience , cozy and well kept apartment
