1) Convenient location when travelling by car, just 10 minutes from the airport. There are public street parking spaces nearby, and parking can be paid for. We arrived around midnight and had to find a spot on the next street, but otherwise everything was great.
2) The area also felt safe overall, and as two women we felt comfortable even late in the evening.
3) The host was very helpful and provided instructions despite our late arrival, so the check-in itself in midnight went smoothly.
4) The room was stylish, cozy, clean.
The only thing that could be improved is providing the access instructions in advance. We received them only after completing the tax payment, which meant standing outside the building around midnight waiting for the instructions. This was a little uncomfortable for two women arriving alone at night. Apart from that, everything was excellent.

We had a very clean room and comfortable beds. The staff also arranged an airport shuttle for us at a very reasonable price. The location was great and close to the train station, airport, and great restaurants.
Nothing!

The host and the staff were super-friendly, the host gave us great recommendations for where to eat out in the city and kept in touch all the time via WhatsApp. The room was clean, with free snacks and drinks. The inner yard is also very pretty. The location is around 20 minutes walk from Naples Central railway station.
The window was covered on the external side by iron grilles that must be closed at all times apparently because of new regulations from Italian government (the rooms are on the 1st floor with street-facing windows, so it‘s probably a safety measurement). It blocks out the most of the daylight, although it still allows you to air the room.
