The rooms were nice and comfortable. The bathroom was lovely.

The hotel is like a maze…very confusing. The location is not convenient; it is quite a walk to get to Porto. You would be better off staying in Porto proper. My biggest complaint is the staff. The customer service was NOT good. They had a tray of port out with glasses but never once offered us any. We ordered two drinks (a margarita and a mocktail) at the lobby bar… it took literally 35 minutes to receive our drinks! The service at the pool was terrible; the waiters were just hanging out instead of doing their job. Overall, the hotel looked lovely and was comfortable, however, the location is not great and the customer service was terrible.

Great location, very close to the river and a lovely pool. Breakfast great variety and loved the port!

Air conditioning did not work and shower constantly leaked after each use. Didn’t like prepayment on arrival and deposit taken per day. This was not explained on check in. Nothing was resolved whilst we there after repeatedly telling them.
