Das Hotel liegt in der Nähe des Barrio de Gracia, wo wir empfehlen, durch die Straßen mit Kunsthandwerkgeschäften zu laufen, und es ist sehr empfehlenswert, auf den Terrassen der Bars zu sitzen, die sich an den attraktiven Plätzen befinden, wie z.
Nur 3 Gehminuten von der Wohnung entfernt, finden Sie die U-Bahnstation "Fontana", von der Sie verschiedene Orte in der Stadt erreichen.

Lovely apartment for 5 lady friends. Very comfortable and lovely welcome from Maite. The only problem was when we arrived in the taxi I was following the directions given on the VRBO app and it took us a long way down the road. There was no number given in the instructions! Fortunately Maite had seen us and phoned us to turn around! Very near the Metro station and easy to get around. Nice Lebanese restaurant a couple of minutes away. Would stay here again.

Well located in the Gracia neighborhood, we had plenty of food and shopping options within walking distance. Fontana station and numerous bus stops made it easy to access the rest of Barcelona. 3 bedrooms and 2 full baths were perfect for traveling with our teenagers. The washer and a ventless dryer (+ drying rack) were very helpful in minimizing our luggage!

The apartment was in a building a few blocks away from the Fontana stop of the underground. The neighborhood is safe and fun to walk around; it's also easy to run errands at the nearby grocers, bakery, etc.
The apartment was clean; the building was clean. Maite, the local contact with the rental company Let's Holidays, did a wonderful job with the check in.
The apartment had two spacious bedrooms; the third bedroom is small (as shown in the picture), but still good to have. The apartment also has two bathrooms - one large and one small - which was nice to have.
The building that the apartment was in was clean, safe and quiet. Unfortunately an apartment, in the building next door, that shared a wall with our apartment threw a party that started at 10:00 p.m. (22 hours) one night and continued into the next day - loud music that started the night before continued going at 2:00 pm (14 hrs) . This is not a fault of the VRBO, but is a factor to consider if renting in a city neighborhood.
Street noise was not loud. We were in the apartment in April, and had the windows open from time to time, and the noise was reasonable.
The apartment has a nice layout, and the kitchen had lots of dishes. We did not use the stove or oven. We did not use the washer or dryer in the utility room.
The apartment has a little wear and tear, and some minor repairs are needed to doors as well as generally painting some areas.
The rental payments and paperwork is not finalized through the VRBO website, but rather via a link, provided by Let's Holiday, to a separate portal system. This was initially confusing, but a Let's Holidays's central contact addressed questions about the different, separate system for payment. Having more information about this before making the reservation would be welcomed. This may not be an issue for European travellers, but it was a departure from how VRBO reservations are made in the U.S.

Great apt in great area
We loved our time in Barcelona! This apartment was lovely, perfect for our family for a couple days. Maite was so gracious at check in and gave us several ideas for places to go and eat, we took advantage of some of the recommendations and thoroughly enjoyed them. Would definitely recommend to anyone staying in the area!

I have just returned from a great weekend break in Barcelona. We stayed in Centric apartments and I give them 5 stars. Great place to stay for 7 guys on a stag weekend. Two bathrooms was a big plus for us. Lovely kitchen but we didn't use it. Close to the metro and very central. Good local restaurants too. I would highly recommend this place to my friends and family.

When Maite welcomed us to the flat, she took the time to explain features of the flat and to recommend places in the Gracia neighborhood and sites in the city. The flat was very convenient to shops, cafes, BAKERIES, and even a craft beer shop, as well as the Metro. The flat itself was clean and comfortable with a well-equipped kitchen. As with most city flats, the rooms were a bit small, but the beds were very comfortable, and our 4 adults and 2 kids (14 and 11) had no problems with space. The wifi could handle several users at a time. The hosts were helpful and quick to respond to any questions we had. We had a great time at Kristjan and Ana's place in the wonderful Gracia area and highly recommend it.

The apartment was a good size for our 6 person family with 2 bathrooms and ample beds. Location was great near the subway with shops and restaurants nearby (and from the main tourist thoroughfare). Maite was a gracious host and gave us valuable information about getting around and places to visit.

The apartment was in a great location in the beautiful, residential and non-tourist filled area of Gracia. It was just a short few minutes walk to the metro and lots of shops and cafes, with only a short walking distance to the main streets of the city. The apartment was clean and very comfortable, we experienced no problems at all. The hosts were great with communication and giving us information about the city/travel - especially because one of our group had a broken ankle. They helped us book taxis to and from the airport and were quick to reply to any questions we had.
