Large, recently built property in a great location, close to the supermarket, beach, and other activities. Plenty of bedrooms and clean nice bathrooms.

Cookware: The pans need to be replaced, as they are all heavily scratched and worn. Bedding: The bedding was synthetic, whereas I would have expected high-quality cotton sheets in a luxury property. Range hood: The range hood above the cooktop was greasy and clearly needed cleaning. Overall cleanliness: Although the house is relatively new and the main areas, such as the bathrooms, were very clean, the windows were quite dirty, with a noticeable amount of dust, small flies, and other debris. The property would benefit from a more thorough deep clean, particularly in areas that are often overlooked during routine cleaning. BBQ: The BBQ was old and dirty, which was disappointing, especially given the warning that guests would be charged $50 if they failed to clean it after use. Its condition made it unappealing to use.

The property had everything you could need! We didn’t have to bring anything! The house was clean and so close to the beach! Great location! Easy to book and easy to communicate with owners.

Clean Close to shops (walking distance you have a butchery which is really nice, unfortunately no good bakery, super market and organic shops are nice) Bathroom, kitchen are ok Well located to explore national parks and hyam beach (we recommend cooked goose for breakfast) Quiet

Mattress quality Impersonal decor, not a cosy atmosphere Not much and poor cooking/dining material (ex: no mixer, pan is damaged, wine glass are in plastic) Aircon is very noisy (and can only be switch on and off upstairs, not very convenient when you are downstairs in your room)
