Excellent location very close to the metro, Carrefour supermarket 3 minutes away, pharmacy and plenty of shops, cafés etc. Very comfortable apartment, spacious with lots of wardrobe space. , Beds were great and having 2 bathrooms was very helpful. Kitchen was well equipped. Beautiful terrace overlooking the opera House and we could hear them practicing at times which was nice.
The apartment is on the 5th floor and the lift only goes to the 3rd floor. We only had small suitcases but would have struggled with full size cases, especially as the final staircase is a small narrow wooden one. Other than that, the apartment is perfect

Central location, clean and tidy, nice surprise the balcony, comfortable beds and plenty of room
Two flights of stairs to get to apartment difficult with suitcases.
No coffee of tea available so had to go and buy some, we came from a cruise so did not bring any with us

The view and patio were great.
The location was trashy. You couldn't run all of the AC units at the same time so we had to close doors to rooms to keep major areas cool. The shower water would go from hot to cold during showers. The communication with the hosts was very difficult and they wouldn't respond very much. Check in and out was confusing because of the lack of communication. We didn't have this issue at any other location in Italy.
