The hotel was beautiful clean and every detail had been thought of. The French / Moroccan culture was evident throughout.

Facilities in rooms were limited eg empty mini bar, no tv, phones did not have numbers on to help identify where to call. No room service. Only 2 restaurants not four with limited choice as some items such as fish was not available most days.

Location is incredible, amazing views. Room was really nice, with a comfortable bed, and a small balcony. All the food we ate for breakfast, lunch and dinner was delicious. And all the staff made us feel welcome.

The check out was quite awkward, took so long for them to give us the bill, and after I paid I realised they overcharged us about 5000 MAD (around $750 AUD). I had to calculate all the signed receipts myself and try to show them they made a mistake, and again took awhile for them to fix it. Lucky I didn’t need to rush to the airport. We were also told their boutique does take any profits, as they try to help the local community. But after I got home and went to check the website from the community brand, I realised the hotel actually charges double of the website price.
