Breathtaking views of the lake and the mountains are the biggest selling points. You can also see a villa and the funicular out of the window, which gives it a very special charm. It is really very quiet and peaceful, and there are a few nature walks around. The apartment is also just a few steps away from the top of the funicular, so you can be down in Como in almost no time (note that there are often queues at peak times, as people go up for the views). The opportunity to have a breakfast on the terrace was terrific! The apartment itself has everything for a short stay, including an iron. There is not a lot of storage space but it's well-organised. The bed is a convertible sofa bed, which was quite comfortable as well. There is a small supermarket and a pharmacy in Brunate, but it's probably cheaper to get food in Como itself. The communication with the hosts went smoothly and we could pick up they keys and even get into the apartment earlier on the day of our arrival. We found a few coffee capsules for the Nespresso machine upon arrival, which was a nice start to the trip before we could get supplies :) 10/10, I'll gladly come back.

It would have been nice to get some non-perishable items like salt or cooking oil in the apartment. There was only sugar for the coffee, but that was it.

We had a wonderful stay in this apartment in Brunate. It's small but very cozy and well-equipped, with everything you might need for a comfortable stay. The kitchen is fully equipped, which made it easy to prepare the meals. The highlight is definitely the stunning view - it's absolutely beautiful and makes the whole experience even more special. The location is also very convenient, just a short walk from the funicular, making it easy to reach Como. It truly felt like a peaceful oasis. I would definitely come back again!

L'appartamento si trova in una posizione centrale a Brunate, ideale per chi cerca tranquillità senza rinunciare alla comodità. Ambienti puliti, accoglienti e curati. Klein maar fijn appartement met alles erop en eraan. Geweldige locatie tegenover funicolare om snel en makkelijk naar Como te komen. Te voet een pittige en prachtige wandeling. Brunate is een leuk dorpje met mooie gebouwen en uitzichten. Angelika was een fantastische gastvrouw. Goed en snel contact. Prima geregeld met de sleutel. Kortom een fijn verblijf gehad in Casa Panorama Brunate.

Het enige wat een beetje tegen viel was het bed. Dat had beter gekund.
