Ruim en proper, handig via de telefoon en geen gedoe met sleutels.

Niets.

Wir kommen gerne wieder soweit alles in Ordnung

Wir hatten Probleme überhaupt reinzukommen, mussten dann den Code eingeben. Also es ist nicht mehr automatisch aufgegangen wie sonst immer.

Size, cleanliness, location,

The bathroom sink was draining a bit slow, but not a big issue.

Separate bedroom from kitchen is good. Good hot shower.

Internet based front door lock did not work and code supplied as a backup was incorrect 2 dishwasher tablets supplied, and almost no bath soap and hand wash supplied for 12 day stay. No washing machine powder. Stale smell in the apartment. Not overpowering, but not pleasant Most appliances (washer, dryer, television, cooktop, oven) not switching on. Called managing agent. Their response should have been “I am so sorry. I’ll notify our maintenance team immediately.” Instead, they simply gave us the contact details of the maintenance team and said we should notify them of the issue. This took 6 days to be resolved and nearly ruined our Berlin trip. Oven has no rails for the shelves, so unusable You need to pay more if you want a linen change during the stay. The bedroom is not a living room - there is one armchair for sitting in so we sat on hard IKEA chairs in the cheerless kitchen
