We had a really good experience staying here. The hotel is in a quiet residential neighbourhood, which was great for getting away from the busy areas of Osaka while still being very well connected. Dotonbori is around a 15–20 minute walk away, and there are also several metro and train stations nearby, making it very easy to get around the city. The room was comfortable and had everything we needed. A big plus was having a free washing machine available, while the dryers cost ¥100 for 15 minutes, which was very reasonable. Check-in and check-out were both very easy and straightforward. Overall, a very good stay and a great option if you want somewhere quiet but still close to the main areas of Osaka.

Comfy beds, good value

Bathroom was very small and difficult to move around.

The staff was super friendly and nice. It is very close to subways stations and 15/20 minutes walking for Dotonbori. The room is quite large to be in Japan, only the bathroom is very small! It is a nice place to stay. It is not an hotel but more like an apartment.

The bathroom was really small and smelly.

Really great location within a ten minute walk from the main station. Very clean and a very simple self check in system.

From our experience it was not necessarily what is advertised on booking.com The room and bathroom were a lot smaller than anticipated and once taking into account 3 people with cases there was minimal room.
