Quiet and clean room in the heart of Tirana. Our host was fabulous, very accommodating and helpful. Breakfast was delicious!

Customer service was great. The location was walkable to almost everywhere I wanted to go. Also, my flight got in 11 hours late (at 12:30 a.m.) but I was given the code to the back door in order to let myself in when I arrived. When I had to leave at 4:45 a.m., the hostess showed up and made me coffee which was great!
I did not like that the cute dining room with the terrace on the first floor was filled with smoke from cigarette smokers sitting on the narrow terrace. In fact, the cigarette smoke wafted down the hall into my small room. I know nearly every Albanian smokes, but it would be really great if smoking was not permitted above the ground floor.

We had a delay with the flight and the lady owner of the hotel has been very nice and helpful to exchange with us till our arrival late in the evening. Our room and facilities were quite simple but we felt at home. Well located and the breakfast was great!

The main reason to stay here is the exceptional owner and host who goes above and beyond to make sure you have a great experience. She was helpful (made me a massage and taxi reservation) and kind. The other equally important reasons to stay here were the nice, quiet room (very comfortable bed), good central location, and wonderful breakfast. I am glad that I made the decision to stay here.

"Das Frühstück war super nett angerichtet, die Besitzerin hat sich perfekt gesorgt um uns und uns Tipps gegeben (ich war krank und sie hat uns weitergeholfen). Wirklich total freundlich"
