I liked the staff. The breakfast had staff always present which was nice, because the pancake machine wasn’t working right. The toaster was too small for the bread. It would only toast half of it at a time and then you had to reinsert the other end(only 1/2 fit). I stayed there two nights and the pool was NEVER available! I feel like there should be someway to notify members. I don’t like paying the same amount for a room that doesn’t have that available as that is a primary reason I choose certain hotels. The room was nice and staff was were nice upon checkin and check out(Kira). Parking good. Options to refill water nice. Lighting great. I’m just upset that the pool was never available.

All was excellent except I couldn't get the thermostat to work. It kept cooling and the only way that I could stop it was by turning it off. I reported it to the front desk but they couldn't fix it either. I will still stay there in the future.
