NO SMOKING
Smoking is strictly prohibited anywhere on the property. Any evidence of smoking will result in a minimum $250 fee, plus any additional costs for cleaning or damage.
QUIET HOURS (10:00 PM – 7:00 AM)
This is a quiet residential neighborhood. Please respect our neighbors by keeping noise to a minimum during these hours. Outdoor noise must be significantly reduced after 10 PM. Failure to do so will result in removal from the home.
GUEST POLICY:
Only guests listed on the reservation are permitted on the property. No unauthorized or undisclosed guests allowed without prior permission. Any additional guests will incur a fee of $25 per person.
Guest Access:
We've implemented a keyless entry system for your convenience. Your unique front door access code will become active during your designated check-in and check-out periods. Please note that if you arrive before your scheduled check-in time, your access code may not be active until the designated time. Similarly, upon check-out, your access code will automatically deactivate promptly after your designated check-out time.
Interaction with Guests:
We will be available via the app throughout your entire stay!

This VRBO accommodated my large family easily and was very reasonable. The houses are new and clean and comfortable, including the beds! The host is awesome. Very convenient to town and all that is there. We walked a lot!

Traci and Kylie (the property hosts) were a joy to work with. They were quick to respond in the chat to all our questions. The houses were lovely; it was amazing having both homes so our group could spread out a little bit. We got to relax on the patio between wedding events, and the large living room and couch allowed us all to congregate in one space when we wanted. Check-in was super easy, and check-out was simple.I'd definitely stay here again, if we find ourselves traveling to Wilmington!Thanks again for having us :)

The bathrooms were clean. Although the plumbing in the first floor bathroom did not work great I did not like the carpet in the bedrooms. The carpets were stained, and the fabric couch in one of the houses was stained pretty bad.Patio furniture had mold all over the cushions so they cannot be used. And all four garbage cans were overflowing. I was told the garbage was not picked up due to the holiday, but I felt like the host should've come and got the garbage a Family our size needed the garbage cans to be empty.
