Our fully renovated apartment, equipped with lots of cupboards, is ideal for accommodating up to 12 people for a comfortable Parisian stay; It is equipped with wifi, hairdryer, toaster, coffee maker, kettle, electric heating, TV.
Upon your arrival you will be seduced by the interior courtyard of this Haussmanian and so typically Parisian building; At the end of the 19th century, this court used as stables; Today, it is a source of Luminosity and greenery, like a haven of peace in the middle of the Parisian bustle ...
Our accommodation has just been completely renovated. It is furnished in a contemporary way, with chic and elegance and its natural parquet gives it warmth and comfort.
Its kitchen is fully equipped: fridge, microwave, freezer, crockery / cutlery, utensils / kitchen, coffee maker, toaster and kettle.
You can thus prepare a meal, a snack or an aperitif with friends or family.
Just go down to get some supplies: Rue Montorgueil is a pedestrian street, very lively and picturesque, where you will find delicious gourmet shops
You will be a quarter of an hour walk from the Louvre or the Beaubourg museum. A few minutes from the banks of the Seine for magnificent walks, which will lead you to the Eiffel Tower or the Orsay museum.

If you plan to be out and about this is a terrific location, many shops and restaurants nearby, walkable to several iconic attractions with a metro station less than a block away (depending on which train you need), the main station is a couple blocks away. You enter into a private courtyard, which was lovely. Some of the beds were comfortable, some were not. We had seven adults, and fit comfortably in this large unit, but the hot water heater was not adequate for everyone to shower so you need to plan accordingly. The living room furniture is very worn. Check in was easy and they let us check in early for a small fee.
