Very adequate for our needs - spacious and well appointed ...

The townhouse was located in a great part of town. Only a short walk from all the cafes.
Unfortunately although the accommodation was nice there were a few issues with it.
Firstly the photos from the website showed a nice back patio with tables and chairs. This area was overrun with weeds. The majority being about 1ft in length making this area not enjoyable to sit in the afternoon.
The walls of the townhouse were covered in scuff marks, possibly dirty hand prints and in one area of the loungeroom what appeared to be splashed red cordial on the wall.
The townhouse had aircon but unfortunately only down stairs. On our second night it was a humid night and there was about a 10 degree Temperature difference between upstairs and down. Upstairs has all the bedrooms and even though each room is equipped with ceiling fans the heat was unbearable. So we had to sleep downstairs.
Apart from this there was no major issues. The rest of the place itself was clean. The bathrooms were well presented and the kitchen had all the required appliances, which were clean. The check-in staff were nice and accompanied a late checkout
