Home truths

- There are flyscreens on some windows however if you leave doors and balcony doors open there will be insects that can come in.

- The third bedroom is small and has enough room for a double bed and bedside table.

- There isn't parking attached to the property. There is a chance of organising a parking permit, this isn't guaranteed and we will need to request permission with more than 7 days notice for the stay (extra cost). Another option is using apps such as parkhound to rent a private space from a nearby resident.



Guest Access:

You will have access to the full apartment including the balcony and outside patio. The apartment is in a building with 1 other apartment so there is a shared stairs and lift

Balmain East is another peaceful waterside suburb to explore. With a smattering of bars, restaurants, and cafes along Darling Street, you'll be sure to find a spot to unwind.



Getting Around:

Getting to Sydney's city centre is easy via ferries departing from Balmain East Wharf, which is bordered by waterfront parks and reserves. And if you're up for a short drive, Balmain's cosmopolitan dining, boutiques, and lively bar scene are just waiting for you to discover.
