You could order breakfast in advance and have it delivered. It was fab. Other extras such as tea, coffee, milk were provided. Spotlessly clean and comfortable. Beautiful garden to sit in and about a 12 min walk to town.
Nothing I recall

Top notch accomodation for a couple of days in this beautiful corner of England.

Fantastic accommodation equipped with everything we could possibly need during our stay. We stayed in the Gardenview room which was extremely comfortable and clean and Kelly was an amazing host on hand to help if needed. Ideally located to explore the lovely town of Wells and the wider Norfolk coast. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay and would 100% recommend Armeria to anyone visiting this beautiful part of the world
Nothing at all. Perfect!

The room was excellent, well decorated and comfortable. There was such great attention to detail, coffee, tea, biscuits, water....anything you thought you might have forgotten was there. Great location, easily walkable to Wells. Fantastic value, very friendly and helpful hosts, excellent, thank you so much, we will be back 😀
Leaving!!

"Liebevoll ausgestattet, sowohl Zimmer als auch das Haus. Das man die Möglichkeit hatte, sowohl Garten als auch den Essbereich zu nutzen. Man uns auch mit der Unterbringung der Fahrräder entgegen kam."
