The property is very new, and there are good places nearby for entertainment, eating out, and visiting churches.
All good.

Upon arrival, gaining access to the building was easy and the instructions for getting the keys were easy to follow. Loved that the unit had a washer to do some clothes. It was comfortable, had a small kitchen and overall was perfect for my stay - being at the city center was very convenient. For any tour I booked, it was a 2-10 minute walk from the apartment to each of them.
Note that this apartment is located on the 4th floor of the building, with no elevator. Plan accordingly. By the end of my six days there, my legs definitely felt stronger!
Some proper table lamps in the main bedroom would have been great, but beyond that it was a great value for the price.

Location and clean apartment, view from the apartment, super close to Duomo, great kitchen. I asked for an early checkin since my flight was early and my request was accepted soon and it was easy, smooth checkin experience. The decor was charming. There is also coffee machine and all appliances. I had a tiny issue and the owner proactively helped with a solution by going above and beyond which shows how much the owner cares about the guests and the experience of the guests. This is true hospitality and I will definitely stay here again when Im back in Catania.
3 floors without elevator gets hard in the super warm weather especially because the temperature at the stairs is hot but that’s not a big deal as I stayed the on the hottest days and shouldn’t be a problem otherwise.
